If you wanted to experience the fried-chicken scene in Korea properly, you would need to stay in Korea for a whole month to try all the different types of fried-chicken dishes. In this KFC masterclass, you’ll learn the secret to making 2 different types of ultra-crispy fried chicken and two of our most-loved homemade glazing sauces, garlic-honey-butter glaze and gochujang yangnyum glaze. No more soggy, greasy takeaway. And of course, the 'must-have' pickled radish to pair with the fried chicken. I will take you through step by step process of preparing and seasoning both of different types of chicken parts specific to each type of fried chicken: chicken breast and thighs. As a perfect pairing dish, you will also learn to make delicious Bibim-myeon. Bibim-myeon is a refreshing Korean cold noodle dish tossed in a sweet, tangy and spicy gochujang sauce. Served with crisp vegetables and a perfectly cooked egg, it's the perfect balance of bold flavours and satisfying textures-especially especially to pair with fried food. As with all our classes, all ingredients and cooking materials are provided and ready for you on the day. You’ll also take home printed recipe cards, covering everything you learned. Recipes will include all of Bini’s tips and advice she shares in the class so you can confidently recreate the dishes at home and get perfect results every time.
