Service Description

Immerse yourself in 'Echoes of Korea,' a sensory evening hosted by Bini Sudo, cookery book author and founder of Kimchi Club W5 and Joo Westwood, Sound Therapist and founder of Sound of Joo. A truly unique experience: thoughtfully curated Korean dining and a soothing Korean-inspired sound bath complement each other in perfect harmony to restore the body and mind. The evening will begin with a gentle introduction to Korean culture and mindfulness. Our Korean-inspired tea ritual will create a moment to slow down through warmth, taste and presence. We will then enjoy a platter of carefully selected Korean dishes, prepared according to the Korean philosophy of balance and harmony through colour to nourish the body. The platter includes a main dish with seven delicious Korean side dishes and a soup, all prepared from scratch by Bini. This is a great chance to try authentic homemade Korean food you can't get at restaurants. After the food, we take you on a fully immersive sound journey featuring singing bowls, a gong, and Korean-inspired chanting to help you switch off and heal on a deeper level. Don't miss this one of a kind experience that brings together food, culture and sound in one intimate setting. Our first event will be held in Ealing. -Location: Christ the Saviour Church Hall. New Broadway, London W5 2XA -Date: Friday 5th June 2026 -Time: 7pm - 9:30pm. -Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Please inform us of any dietary needs at least 2 weeks in advance. We will do our best to assist your individual needs, however, a small extra cost may occur.
