Whether you're mastering the basics or diving deeper into your favourite flavours, Kimchi Club W5’s private course is a perfect place to start. The Ultimate Korean Cooking Package is a personalised experience where you’ll enjoy four private lessons with Bini in an intimate, hands-on setting. Tailored to your goals and preferences, you’ll receive Bini’s full attention every step of the way. As part of this package, Bini’s signature kimchi-making workshop is included. It's the UK's only kimchi workshop offering a guided tasting of kimchi at five stages of fermentation, from fresh to mature. This unique experience will deepen your understanding of Korea’s iconic dish. By the end of the course, you’ll master up to 12 iconic Korean dishes—including handmade kimchi, bibimbap, japchae, and tteokbokki. You can let Bini curate menu or choose any dishes from Bini's new cookery book which has 60 amazing Korean dishes. You will be able to host the most delicious dinner parties after this! Classes are held at Bini’s home studio in West London, scheduled to fit your availability after purchase. To maintain an intimate experience, the ideal maximum number of participants for this course is 4, but if you have a bigger group wanting to do the course together, please mention it to us. Prefer to learn from your own kitchen? Bini can travel within an hour’s drive for £100 per day, covering transport and equipment setup. As with all our classes, all ingredients and cooking materials are provided and ready for you on the day. You’ll also take home printed recipe sheets, covering everything you learned so you can confidently recreate the dishes at home and get perfect results every time.
