What’s Inside the Kit:
Salted Shrimp – 1 x 500g bottle
Fish Sauce – 1 x 500ml bottle (The only authentic Korean brand of fish sauce available in the UK specially made for kimchi making.)
Kimchi Gochugaru (Korean Chilli Flakes) – 1 x 200g bottle
Korean Coarse Kimchi Salt – 1 x 1kg pack
Rice Flour
 
With these five key ingredients as your base, getting the rest ready is simple. 
All other ingredients—like Chinese cabbage, onion, apple, garlic, ginger, and flour—can be easily found at your local UK supermarket.  With the guidance of the kimchi recipe we have included in the kit, you will also know exactly what to get from your local UK supermarkets. 
 
Each kit contains enough to make minimum of 10 portions of kimchi (1 portion = 1 head of Chinese cabbage).
